Your tasks:

To further expand our team, we are looking for a trainer who is passionate about electronics and electrical engineering and eager to share their knowledge with our apprentices.

  • Provide professional guidance to apprentices
  • Motivate, support, and accompany apprentices through to the successful completion of their training
  • Organize events to foster team spirit
  • Conduct internal technical training sessions for our employees

What you bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training in an electrical profession
  • Further qualification as a Master or Technician
  • Trainer qualification exam
  • Ideally, professional experience as a trainer
  • Commitment and passion for working with young people
  • Resilience and teamwork
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
