Your tasks:

You acquire suitable radio sites in accordance with the radio network planning specifications, including identifying and approaching owners. You negotiate and prepare contract amendments, changes of use and contract extensions with legal certainty, using existing contract templates. You will also clarify approval requirements and connection options to the public supply network. The renegotiation of contracts and the management and administration of existing usage contracts for mobile phone sites are also part of your duties. You will be in close contact with representatives of the client.

What you bring with you:

Successfully completed vocational training in a real estate profession or a comparable qualification or professional experience
Sound legal knowledge in the area of property use and general contract law
Experience in the telecommunications industry desirable
Business fluent in German
High level of reliability, adherence to deadlines, diligence and self-organization
Strong target and customer orientation
Willingness to travel on business
Driving license (class B)
