Possible place(s) of work: Hanover
Your tasks:
- Processing of shortage tickets in direct communication with customers – from ticket receipt to closure and invoicing
- Efficient work preparation: ordering and provision of materials, requesting resources and optimized route planning
- Timely allocation of tickets to service technicians and partner companies
- Contact person for teams in the event of defects and work preparation
- Follow-up inspection of work using photos and, if necessary, on-site audits (live or retrospective)
- Checking the teams’ working hours and approving delivery bills for partner assignments
- Regular vehicle inspections of the teams

What you bring with you:
- Technical training with experience in project management
- Ability to work at heights and willingness to travel on business
- Experience in the mobile communications industry would be ideal
- Reliability and organizational skills
- Class B driver’s license
